Refund & Returns Policy

At Rakta Roots, every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our fulfilment centre. We stand behind what we make — but we also have clear and fair rules to protect both you and us.

⚠️ Please Read Before Ordering

We do NOT accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Colour appearing slightly different on screen vs real life
General dissatisfaction without a valid defect

Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

✅ Valid Reasons for Return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

Defective product — visible printing defect, stitching issue, or manufacturing fault
Wrong item delivered — you received a different product than what you ordered

No exceptions outside of these two reasons.

📸 Photo Proof is Mandatory

Before any return or refund is processed, you must email us at support@raktaroots.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the defect or wrong item
Your request — refund or exchange

We will not process any return without photo proof. This is non-negotiable.

🔄 What We Offer

Once your return is approved after photo verification, you can choose:

Full refund — credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Exchange — we reship the correct item at no extra cost to you

⏱️ Time Limit

You must raise your return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📦 Return Conditions

Item must be unworn and unwashed
Tags must be intact
Item must be in original condition
We reserve the right to reject the return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer
